Financial Update and Elections
On Saturday November 29, 2025 the PPBSO Toronto Branch held their Annual General Meeting, at Moss Park Armoury, 48th Highlanders Sgt's Mess.
Financials
Treasurer Elaine Smith presented a financial update, reporting a modest profit of $2,203.30 for the year. The Knockouts experienced a loss due to a low number of entries. Meanwhile, the 2025 Indoor Games generated a profit of $247.34.
Elections
Two positions were up for election: the President and one of the Vice President roles.
Past President Dylan Whittemore completed his two-year term and chose not to seek re-election. Only one nomination was submitted for the President position, which was for the current Vice President, Rob McGregor. Mr. McGregor accepted the nomination and was subsequently acclaimed to the position.
Alexander Brown accepted the nomination for Vice President and will continue for another two-year term.
Following Mr. McGregor's departure from the role of 2nd Vice President midway through his term, a vacancy has arisen in the Vice President position. Although nominations were solicited, none were submitted.
Meanwhile, the position of Treasurer remains occupied by Elaine Smith, who is currently halfway through her two-year term.
